managed hosting service designed to monitor all aspects of your dedicated servers at XLHost. This optional service combines basic connectivity monitoring with server resource (CPU, Memory, IO) monitoring and advanced application level monitoring to ensure continual availability of your
dedicated server.
If a failure is detected the XLHost NOC is automatically notified and dispatched to provide resolution based on your pre-defined direction. If no pre-defined direction is provided we will contact you for authorization to resolve the problem.
