Welcome to the support center. Support center hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard. If you would like to request after hours support please call (614) 794 5971 and select option 3 to page a technician. After hours support is free of charge for network or service related problems only, any other issue will be charged a $100 service fee.

Please keep in mind that we offer unmanaged dedicated servers. XLHost does not provide system administration or software support for the dedicated servers which are hosted in our datacenter.
