System Admin Plus
System Administration Plus from XLHost is a managed hosting service designed to allow you to focus on serving your customers, instead of serving your servers. This optional service includes two hours (more is available on a usage or monthly basis) per month of expert system administration by the XLHost team.
All XLHost managed services are provided at the direction of the customer. Server migration either from one XLHost server to another or from another hosting company to XLHost is included in this service.

Safe & Sound
Safe and Sound from XLHost is a managed hosting service designed to provide the best security practices for your dedicated servers. This optional service includes OS and application updates, configuration and maintenance of a software firewall, and includes McAfee Virus Scan Enterprise (on Windows platforms).
All XLHost managed services are provided at the direction of the customer.
Uptime Defender
Uptime Defender from XLHost is a managed hosting service designed to monitor all aspects of your dedicated servers at XLHost. This optional service combines basic connectivity monitoring with server resource (CPU, Memory, IO) monitoring and advanced application level monitoring to ensure continual availability of your dedicated server.
If a failure is detected the XLHost NOC is automatically notified and dispatched to provide resolution based on your pre-defined direction. If no pre-defined direction is provided we will contact you for authorization to resolve the problem.

Standard Load balancing
The XLHost load balancing platform can be deployed on our Brocade ADX hardware based platform or our Riverbed Stingray platform for maximum flexibility. Both options include L3 and L4-7 service health monitoring and your choice of prediction method (round robin, least connections, weighted).

Dedicated Load Balancer
Our dedicated load balancer service allows for more deployment options compared to the shared load balancing service. Also dedicated load balancers can be managed by XLHost, Managed by the customer, or deployed on a limited co-management basis. XLHost currently offers Brocade Application Delivery Accelerator (ADX) hardware load balancers OR we can deploy the Riverbed stingray software load balancer on our enterprise dedicated servers.
